Great to meet you!

You are “the strong one,” everyone leans on, confident and grounded in your faith, but deep down, you're struggling to hold yourself together, carrying hidden grief and scars, wondering if anyone sees the fragility behind your strength. Despite being resilient and capable, you constantly adjust to life transitions, unmet expectations, and deal with disappointment, depression, and anxiety. You feel stuck, vulnerable, lack support, and question God's will. You're ready to make a change, get to the root of your problems, let go of past traumas, express emotions without shame, and live life authentically. I want to help you get there.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is spiritual, relational, symbolic and holistic. Whether you've lost yourself while being there for others, buried your grief and trauma to keep going, or feel disconnected from your faith and identity, I help you find restoration from the inside out utilizing creative art expression and faith-based tools such as lament. Ideal for abstract thinkers who want lasting healing, not surface-level fixes.

I have 16 years of experience working with adults facing grief, trauma, and big life transitions. I'm licensed in both KY and WI and hold additional certifications in art therapy, spiritual direction, trauma-informed care, and grief doula.

What you can expect from me

Our initial sessions are a safe place to explore what's been buried or delayed by survival mode. Together, we'll identify root causes and gently begin the healing process through connection, faith, and emotional release. Many clients begin to feel relief within the first month and gain insight for living out their "new normal."

I’ll meet you where you are and give you a safe space to grieve—even losses long delayed. You don't have to hold it all together or try to heal alone. I'm here to help. You’re worthy of deep connection with yourself, God, and others. Schedule a 15-minute consultation—I can't wait to hear from you!
