I am a licensed psychologist with a Ph. D in clinical psychology. My specialty is in children. adolescents and young adults and I work with children as young as 3 years of age through adults and emphasize treatment for anxiety, depression and adjustment issues. My focus is to assist my clients in developing strategies to cope with frustration, stress and other emotions without becoming overwhelmed. I interface with schools and other systems as needed.

My approach to therapy

Cognitive behavioral therapy, relational therapy and solution oriented therapy are my primary modes of therapeutic intervention although I also use play therapy with younger children
