Great to meet you!

I'm Lyla, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who genuinely loves this work. I care for people navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, mood concerns, and everything in between. More than anything, I want you to feel heard and supported from the moment we meet, not just treated.

My approach to therapy

I believe good care starts with truly understanding you which includes your experiences, your goals, and what's gotten in the way. Together, we'll build a personalized treatment plan that actually fits your life. I combine medication management with practical strategies for building coping skills and emotional resilience, always guided by both the evidence and your own instincts about what feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know each other. I'll ask about what's bringing you in, your history, and what you're hoping to feel or do differently. You can expect a judgment-free space, honest conversation, and a collaborative approach from day one. By the time we wrap up, my goal is simple: that you leave feeling understood and clear on what comes next.
