Great to meet you!

As an LPC with over 21 years of experience I am passionate about working with individuals, families, and adolescents navigate life's inevitable challenges. Navigating those changes creates anxiety, depression, and feeling overwhelmed. We know change is constant and understanding all aspects of ourselves - emotionally, mentally, and physically - is of the utmost importance. It allows us to have a better relationship with ourselves; therefore, deeper and healthier relationships with others.

Providing individual, group, and family therapy across various settings has enabled me to understand the importance of developing healthy communication that will benefit long-term relationship skills.

My approach to therapy

My approach is individualized to meet you and/or your family's needs; however, each patient is consistently met with the same respect and collaborative problem-solving method. You know yourself and your family best. I am simply here to listen and help facilitate healthy conversation and provide tools and methods that will help develop long-term positive relationships.

What you can expect from me

My collaborative approach is designed to foster a trusted relationship with all patients. Therapy is most transformative when the relationship between patient and therapist is authentic and honest.

I acknowledge that there is often no “one size fits all” approach to problems and concerns. I am passionate about exploring a variety of therapeutic modalities and methods with individuals to find a good fit based on the specific areas of concern.
