Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed, needing a change, or disconnected? You don’t have to be alone. Whether you're facing relationship struggles, anxiety, grief, depression, family conflict, a major life transition, or feeling like you’ve lost your sense of self, therapy can help you move toward greater clarity. Reaching out takes courage, & my goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, & respected. I genuinely love this work. As an LMFT with 25 years of experience & extensive clinical training, I help individuals & couples gain insight, strengthen relationships, & create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in challenges involving relationships, communication, attachment, abuse, loss, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, complex family dynamics, aging, & life transitions. I tailor my approach to my client’s unique history, needs, & worldview, using Psychodynamic, Attachment-based, Interpersonal, CBT, Systems, & other evidence-based approaches.

What you can expect from me

I genuinely care about my clients & look forward to meeting you. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as an OB/GYN nurse, giving me a deep appreciation for life's most vulnerable moments. My style is warm, collaborative, insight-oriented, practical, & nonjudgmental. I feel honored to help clients move toward greater clarity, insight, confidence, & connection.
