Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Independent Mental Health Therapist and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, I believe prioritizing your mental health is one of the most important steps toward stability and growth. Reaching out for help is not always easy, so I truly commend you for considering it.

I work with adults who are struggling with stress, life challenges, trauma, and addiction. I focus on helping clients build confidence and develop healthy coping skills. To enrich and gain enhanced satisfaction in their lives. My goal is to walk alongside you as you create meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is supportive, practical, and focused on growth. I work collaboratively with clients to understand their challenges and build coping skills they can use in everyday life.

With training in both mental health and substance use treatment, I help adults navigate addiction, trauma, and stress while developing the tools needed for lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll have a supportive conversation about what’s bringing you in and what you hope to change. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences and goals, and together we’ll begin outlining a plan for moving forward. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and clear about the next steps. I plan to do therapy with you, not to you.
