Great to meet you!

If you're feeling overwhelmed by relationship stress, relationship concerns, trauma, or major life changes, therapy can offer a steady place to breathe, heal, and feel understood. I work with adult women who are carrying heavy emotions, stuck in painful patterns, or simply tired of holding it all together alone. In our work together, you'll find compassion, honesty, and practical support as we build insight, and strengthen coping skills. My goal is to accompany you toward greater balance, confidence, and peace in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

I’m a person-centered therapist with experience in private practice and behavioral health settings, including dual-diagnosis and psychiatric care. My style is warm, collaborative, and I draw from an eclectic mix of treatment modalities, but I am largely grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy. Sessions are a safe, nonjudgmental space where we explore your stressors, set goals together, and build tools you can use between visits.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you do not have to figure it out alone. The first session is a chance for us to connect, talk through what you need, and see whether we’re the right fit so you can move forward with confidence.
