Helping clients discovering the emotions and mood that cause barriers towards growth. Learning to explore with a journey through life experiences and challenges. As a counseling psychology doctorate, with a LPC, as SA counselor since 2016, as an LPC 2017, I practice utilizing CBT, adult play therapy, couples, family, DBT, EMDR, and other therapeutic interventions. Additionally I have experience with working in substance abuse and alcohol use as a CMAC,MAC,CCS. I am a CPCS supervisor. And work with 21 and above dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic implementing an opportunity for clients to work in session using talk therapy, expressive art, music,

meditation, as well as cognitive and behavioral skills building. In addition as a pastoral thanatology certified therapist I can work with clients in a spiritual context if needed. I have an anger management and grief specialist certification.

What you can expect from me

I help clients learn with tools to deal with life challenges and change by having learned to embrace positive attitude and coping strategies and techniques.Schedule availability Tuesday and Wednesday, afternoons Saturday and Monday, off Thursday, Friday and Sunday.
