Great to meet you!

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about helping people improve their mental health and overall well-being. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, OCD, bipolar disorder, and psychotic disorders. I believe that every person is unique, and I take the time to understand your individual needs, goals, and experiences. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, personalized, and patient-centered. I work closely with clients to better understand their symptoms, identify strengths, and develop a treatment plan that fits their goals and lifestyle. I combine evidence-based psychiatric care with a compassionate and nonjudgmental approach, helping clients build practical tools to manage challenges and create lasting progress. I believe the best outcomes come from working together as a team.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss what brought you to treatment. We’ll review your current concerns, mental health history, symptoms, and goals so I can gain a clear understanding of how to best support you. My goal is to create a relaxed, welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself. Together, we’ll begin developing a plan that helps you move toward feeling better and functioning at your best.
