Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Lynda Ikeogu, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping people improve their mental health and overall well-being. I work with children, teens, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, schizophrenia, and substance use challenges. I understand that everyone’s journey is different, and I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. My goal is to help you find balance, build resilience, and feel more confident in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized. I take the time to understand your experiences, concerns, and goals so we can develop a treatment plan that fits your needs. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing support, while incorporating healthy coping skills and lifestyle strategies when appropriate. I believe meaningful progress starts with trust, open communication, and working together to find what helps you feel your best.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll discuss your mental health history, current concerns, symptoms, and what you hope to achieve through treatment. This is your opportunity to share your story, ask questions, and talk openly in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. I’ll work with you to better understand your needs and explore appropriate treatment options, which may include medication management, coping strategies, and lifestyle changes. Together, we’ll develop a plan that supports your well-being and helps you move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
