Great to meet you!

As a clinical social worker, I am committed to empowering individuals to improve their quality of life by addressing their mental health needs. Reaching out for help can be difficult, but taking that first step is a powerful move toward greater happiness and healthier relationships.

I have several years of experience working with adolescents and young adults ages 12–21 who face challenges such as anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation. I am now expanding my practice to support adults navigating life transitions, stress, and personal challenges, with the goal of fostering resilience, growth, and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy focuses on building a strong, trusting relationship so you feel comfortable sharing your story. Together, we will work through the barriers or challenges you are facing and develop a path forward.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a relaxed and welcoming environment where you can be honest with yourself and with me. Through our work together, we will identify your strengths and help you build resilience, confidence, and hope for the future. I provide support with honesty and respect, while also offering gentle challenges along the way—because growth often comes from being willing to step outside your comfort zone.
