Great to meet you!

With more than a decade of experience treating trauma, I work with clients in a way that’s hopeful, grounded, and authentic. I specialize in supporting individuals and couples through depression, anxiety, postpartum challenges, and the complex hurdles that can get in the way of deep connection. I feel privileged to help my clients achieve their goals and improve their lives by providing a steady presence during their most vulnerable transitions. Whether you are navigating the early stages of parenthood or looking to heal from past wounds, I am dedicated to helping you strengthen the relationships that matter most.

I believe that therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are. My background has taught me that real healing happens when we approach our struggles with a mix of professional expertise and genuine human warmth. When I am not in the office, I find my own balance through quiet moments of mindfulness and enjoying the local scenery, which helps me stay present and energized for the work we do together. I want my clients to feel safe and empowered during their time with me as we navigate the real-life challenges that life brings.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, mindful, and fully tailored to each individual client. I use mindfulness and compassion as central tools to help you understand yourself better and build a more resilient foundation for your daily life. I bring years of trauma-informed experience into every session while staying flexible and present to whatever you happen to be facing in the moment. I hope that my clients will be able to positively grow while working together by moving toward a life that feels more aligned with their personal values and goals.

We work in a way that is hopeful and practical, ensuring that our time together results in tangible shifts in your well-being. By integrating self-compassion into the therapeutic process, we address the root of anxiety and depression while fostering a deeper sense of self-awareness. Clients should expect to feel heard and supported throughout our time together as we collaboratively create a roadmap for lasting healing and connection.

What you can expect from me

During our first meeting, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and making sure the fit feels right. I’ll learn about what you’re going through, what you need, and what you hope to work on in a low-pressure environment. You can expect a warm, mindful space where you can speak openly and start feeling supported from the very first minute. My goal is to demystify the process and ensure that you feel completely comfortable with how we will move forward.

Together, we’ll create goals that are realistic and helpful for your daily life, ensuring our sessions have a clear sense of direction. We will discuss your history and your current needs to build a foundation of trust and safety. My aim is for you to leave our first hour with a sense of clarity and the confidence that you don't have to navigate these challenges alone.
