Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience helping clients. I am trained in EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Brainspotting, Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My aim is to provide compassionate care by way of authentic regard for each client and their unique experiences. I use a strengths-based integrative approach to therapy, and I strongly believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change. My heart is to provide a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their truest self.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe that we are designed to exist with the whole of ourselves being able to commune together and take up space. Maybe you even believe it and yet as hard as you have tried, there are just some places within yourself that feel impossible to get to, some patterns that feel impossible to move out of, some emotional expressions and experiences that feel so out of reach. Or maybe you just feel stuck. Stuck in ways you can name and in some you can’t even put words to. Maybe it’s been like this forever — maybe you can’t even think of a time when you didn’t have to be vigilant or anxious or disconnected from parts of yourself.

If this resonates, I welcome you into an experience that invites access to the stuck places while honoring the reasons the stuck places exist to begin with. To an experience with the potential to soften the sometimes harsh voice of the inner critic that aims to protect yet sometimes becomes a hindrance. To experience movement within yourself.
