Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Lyndsey Litwin and I specialize in providing online therapy for teens and young adults struggling with life transitions, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I received my Master's in Social Work from University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee and my Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Wisconsin- Madison (Go Badgers!). I am credentialed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Wisconsin.

My approach to therapy

I have 6 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and families. During this time, I have been trained in various modalities and in my practice today I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness- based therapy, motivational interviewing, attachment-based therapy, and a strengths-based perspective to inform my work with clients.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is compassionate and collaborative. My goal is to provide a space that is welcoming for you to share what is on your mind and we will work together to discover real-life solutions and skills that you can use in your daily life. I also believe that therapy doesn't always have to be serious; it can be a space where laughter and lightness coexist with self-discovery, offering a holistic approach that embraces both the challenges and joys of personal growth.
