Great to meet you!

I hold an MS in Mental Health Counseling and an MS in Forensic Psychology. I operate from an intersectional and decolonizing framework. As a queer, neurodivergent woman, I understand that personal identity and systemic context are vital to healing. I provide an affirming, non-judgmental space specializing in trauma, kink, non-monogamy, neurodivergence, and queer issues.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy as a partnership. By taking a relaxed and deeply curious stance, I help you make sense of your world without judgment or pressure. Because therapy is client-led, we focus on what matters most to you, honoring your lived experience and intuitive inner voice as we work toward your goals.

What you can expect from me

In a first session, clients can expect to be welcomed into the therapeutic space at a pace that is most comfortable to them. At this stage, we're just aiming to get to know each other to build safety. I affirm that it can feel awkward and clunky because we're two strangers meeting for the first time and that's totally ok! You're welcome to tell me all about what brings you to therapy at this time, or you can tell me about your favorite television show and everything in-between - I'm here for all of it.
