Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing virtually and in the San Fernando Valley. Maybe life feels messy, unpredictable, overwhelming, or challenging right now, and I am here to walk alongside you as you find your way along this path, or to help you find another path entirely. My focus is on working with individuals who are feeling stuck in one or maybe several areas of their life, and are ready to take an active role in the process of therapy. I am passionate about helping my clients develop a more trusting and loving relationship with all of the parts of themselves that feel difficult to understand and be with.

My approach to therapy

My work includes supporting individuals who are struggling with a variety of issues including but not limited to anxiety, low self-worth, life transitions, relationships, etc. I am passionate about working with individuals who are committed to making a positive change in their lives, and are ready and willing to actively engage in the process of therapy.

What you can expect from me

As your non-judgmental guide, I will support you in exploring what parts of your human experience you have kept hidden away, possibly due to shame, fear, anxiety, grief, or the uncertainty of how to transcend and transform old habits. I will support you in developing your ability to listen to your inner wisdom so that you can step fully into your true self.
