Great to meet you!

Greetings! I was born and raised in Nebraska, growing up on a working cattle ranch in the sandhills. I currently reside in eastern Wyoming where I keep a menagerie of pets that often join my therapy sessions. I enjoy working with all people regarding relationships, and trauma, anxiety and depression. All populations of people bring a rich vibrancy to this world and I enjoy working with and learning from all cultures, and communities.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My goal has always been to efficiently get my clients the skills and solutions they need so they can get back to living their own best life!

What you can expect from our first session

What is therapy with me like? I like to complete some initial assessments and ask some initial questions to identify clearly your most important concerns and then develop a plan to address those concerns in the first session. Then in upcoming appointments we can approach those concerns in a way that is tailored to be most comfortable for you.
