Great to meet you!

Welcome to a journey of self-discovery and healing! I am Lynette Garber, a dedicated and compassionate licensed clinical social worker. Additionally, I am trained in marriage and family therapy. I strive to help individuals navigate the complexities of their mental and emotional well-being. My focus is to incorporate compassion and humor to help build self-awareness, resiliency and freedom from unhealthy patterns and past pains.

My approach to therapy

With individuals I primarily use Internal Family Systems Informed (IFS), aka Parts Work, EMDR, AEDP and Narrative approach. CBT, ACT and DBT are also methods I pull from. Additionally, I am trained in and primarily utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) when working with couples.

What you can expect from me

I will honor and see you as you are, and I will support you in the development and achievement of the goals you have for yourself, your mental well-being and relationships. I know what it is like to want to feel connected, thriving and content, in life and with yourself. Therapy is a great first step! As I always say: "therapy is a gift you give yourself".
