Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed professional counselor, Pennsylvania-based telehealth therapist specializing in grief & loss, adoption/identity, caregiver stress, and life transitions. I have over 20 years of experience working in higher education and mental health services. I serve individuals and groups (adults + elders) with evidence-based, person-centered care focused on practical coping, healthy boundaries, and reconnection to meaning and support.

My approach to therapy

I integrate a client-centered approach to empower clients to identify their own strengths through guided self-discovery and skills development. Therapy is a place for healing and reflection but also a resource for personal growth and change.

What you can expect from me

Clients will experience a space where they can freely explore their thoughts and emotions. Each session is designed to empower individuals by helping them gain a deeper self-awareness and understanding. The goal is to provide clients with the coping tools to navigate life's challenges with confidence.
