Great to meet you!

Hey, I'm Lynley! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. Throughout my career, I have treated a variety of clients experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions and more. I believe taking the time to focus on our mental health is one of the most important aspects to a healthy, well rounded life.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about connecting with my clients to build a strong therapeutic relationship and support them throughout their journeys. I create a warm and empathetic therapeutic environment and am dedicated to assisting clients in overcoming obstacles. I use a client centered approach in my clinical work and enjoy helping clients discover ways to bring positive change into their lives.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will focus on getting to know each other and covering all the basics. You can expect to spend some time sharing about yourself and what brings you into therapy. I also leave room for any questions or concerns, as I know the first session can sometimes be a little scary. My hope is that we can connect enough for you to feel comfortable!
