Great to meet you!

If you are dealing with difficult relationships or traumatic events or losses, I am here to help. If you are feeling overwhelmed and unable to cope, I can help. I value the connection between mind, body, emotions and spirit. I have 24 years of professional experience including mental health and grief counselor, hospice chaplain and clergy.

My approach to therapy

With a creative mix of therapy techniques, wisdom and life experience, I build on your strengths, identify and address root causes, and help you create and work towards a plan to achieve the changes you seek. I get to know you, then use approaches that meet your needs. These could include: person centered counseling, psychodynamic counseling, structural family systems, CBT, Mindfulness, and/or EFT-Tapping.

What you can expect from me

I spend a full-hour with you each session so I can guide you towards healing and figuring out how to move forward in life. I walk with you and help guide you to where you would like to be emotionally, professionally, in your relationships and if applicable in your spiritual life. Call now to schedule an appointment.
