My approach to therapy

Lynn believes in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. She creates a protected space to share thoughts, feelings, create goals for clients to learn how to effectively communicate, problem solve and use other coping tools. Lynn does this by using a person-centered approach to customize therapy and treatment plans to meet the unique qualities and needs of individuals and families.

What you can expect from me

Lynn establishes brief therapy goals for a 3-to-6-month period. Each goal established is 'measurable and achievable so client's and families can assess their progress during each session.
