Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in trauma-informed care for individuals seeking healing and deeper self-understanding. I use EMDR, parts work, somatic-focused therapy, and creative expression techniques to support the whole person — mind, body, and spirit.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and paced to your comfort. Together, we create a safe space to process difficult experiences, build regulation skills, and strengthen resilience. If you’re ready to move beyond survival mode and toward lasting healing, I’m here to walk alongside you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a supportive starting point focused on helping you feel comfortable and heard. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any questions you have.

I’ll gather some background information so we can understand the full picture of your experiences. There is no pressure to share everything at once — we will move at a pace that feels safe for you.

We’ll also review my trauma-informed approach, including EMDR, parts work, somatic awareness, and therapeutic art when appropriate, and discuss next steps for your care.
