Great to meet you!

If you are seeking support to initiate meaningful changes in your life, I am here to assist. While reaching out feels challenging, therapy often serves as the gateway to achieving fulfilling and transformative life changes. With two decades of professional experience, I have guided individuals through numerous positive transformations. My ongoing education in counseling, coupled with extensive experience addressing life’s challenges, enables me to provide effective support. Together, we can address issues such as addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and more.

My approach to therapy

I believe that the solutions to your challenges lie within you. It is my role to assist you in uncovering them through attentive listening, helping you clarify your thoughts, and holding you accountable. My primary method is cognitive-behavioral therapy, yet I am well-versed in a variety of proven therapies. Some options are Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT, EMDR, EFT, and mindfulness practices.

What you can expect from me

I hope that you will uncover your strengths and potential in therapy. That you will be able to discuss the things you feel unable to share with anyone else in your life. That you will at last feel heard and valued. That you will unearth the deeper issues beneath negative emotions and perceptions and develop new perspectives on them. That you will unlock the memories held within your body to achieve healing. That you will flourish.
