Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania. I have been practicing since 2015 but have been in the behavioral health field for 18 years. My passion for behavioral health goes back as far as I can recall, and helping people achieve their goals and genuine happiness is my life's work. I applaud anyone who has taken this major step to address anything that they may be struggling with, at any stage. You are worth it and I am here to help!

My approach to therapy

Therapy is tough! Motivation is crucial, with the understanding that ambivalence is part of the therapy process. I am suited to help people with a willingness to learn, process, make changes, understand root issues and give themselves the grace and space to heal.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is an individual process and looks different for all people. I believe that each session is an opportunity to address the needs a client is having through listening, talking, processing, learning and gaining an increasing understanding about why they may think or feel certain ways. My goal is for every client to take away an additional piece of insight or knowledge every session, so that they feel equipped to manage their lives in an effective, validating and confident way.
