Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health and a Master’s Degree in Addiction Counseling.

My goal is to provide open-minded, gentle, solution-based therapy for people of all ages, throughout life's experiences.

My approach to therapy

The gentleness of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) are often helpful for those experiencing years of stress, fear, and anxiety. I am committed to offering compassionate, individualized support, tailored to each individual's needs.
