Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Lynn! I'm an art therapist and licensed counselor with over 29 years of experience, now offering telehealth across Connecticut. I love working with kids, teens, and families, including those navigating ADHD, anxiety, and autism spectrum challenges. If you're looking for a creative, warm partner in this work, I'd love to connect.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends creativity with practical, evidence based tools. As an art therapist, I often bring in expressive and hands on techniques, especially helpful for kids and teens who find it hard to talk about big feelings. I also draw on family systems work to help the whole household understand and support each other, skills based tools to manage anger, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm, and strengths based, solution focused conversations that keep sessions practical and hopeful. Whether we're working one on one with a child, meeting with a family, or supporting a couple, my goal is always to help you feel more understood and equipped to move forward.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other, no pressure to have it all figured out. We'll talk through what's bringing you in, and I'll ask questions to understand your family, your history, and what better would look like for you. From there, we build a plan together, using creative and practical tools so everyone feels heard.
