Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, my work is grounded in the belief that we all have innate resources for happiness and ease that become concealed or undeveloped. Feeling overwhelmed or experiencing trauma we often develop coping skills that may no longer be serving us. It is my role to help you realign with your strengths and wisdom while uncovering what may be blocking these resources. I provide a safe space for exploring the changes you want to make in your life.

My approach to therapy

My work addresses you as a whole person: mind, body and spirit. I believe in meeting and honoring you where you are in your process. I have years of experience working with Trauma, PTSD, and Addiction. As a brain-informed therapist I use an eclectic approach to help you gain insight into your thought processes, how your life experiences have shaped the way you perceive and deal with the world, and how they may be contributing to problems you are currently experiencing.

What you can expect from me

I feel it is important to begin our work together by learning more about your goals for therapy and creating a safe place to explore your innermost thoughts, feelings and experiences.

Together, we will gently and compassionately explore and identify the barriers that stand between you and your vision of a healthy fulfilling life while learning to mobilize your existing strengths to overcome these barriers.
