I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor. I am intensely trained as a Dialectical Behavioral Therapist (DBT). In addition, I am a certified Heath Coach. I am trained in providing Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction classes and Mindful awareness skills in groups. I have been practicing for over 30 years and I provide DBT Skills Group, assessments and psychotherapy for adults.

My approach to therapy

My specialty is DBT skills training however, I also teach mindfulness skills by utilizing meditation and mindful awareness. As a certified health coach, I can assist in making lifestyle changes that will improve your overall mental and physical health. I work with whole health which puts you in the center and includes, mind, body, and soul.

What you can expect from me

If you are overwhelmed and in emotional pain, you have taken the first step towards change. You can learn new skills to manage your feelings, provide self compassion, and practice acceptance. You are in control and you can do this!
