Great to meet you!

I am a Dual Board-Certified Family Medicine and Psychiatry/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to compassionate, relationship based, and trauma informed care. I work with clients 16+ who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and many other distressing conditions.

My approach to therapy

Mental health symptoms are not just “emotional” but are often related to physical, genetic, and/or environmental factors. It is my belief and philosophy that symptoms should be evaluated in the context of all contributing factors and treatment focused on the “whole person.” I collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans aligned with their goals, and utilize multiple modalities by integrating conventional and complementary methods.

What you can expect from me

YOU are more than a diagnosis, and my passion is helping each client ‘embrace wellness’ by reaching optimal mental, emotional, and physical health because “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.”
