Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20+ years of experience providing individual and family therapy. I especially enjoy working with women in midlife transitions—navigating career shifts, parenting changes, relationships, and the question of “what’s next.”

My approach to therapy

My approach is casual, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I blend CBT, DBT, strength-based, and solution-focused techniques to help clients build coping skills, identify strengths, and create realistic changes that fit their lives.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s been challenging, and what you hope to gain. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other, clarify your goals, and begin creating a plan that feels supportive and doable.
