Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Lynn. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together, you don’t have to do it alone. I provide compassionate counseling for adults, teens, children, couples, and families, supporting concerns like depression, ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma/PTSD, eating disorders, marital and family issues, and more. I offer an inclusive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe, understood, and supported as you begin to heal and build resilience.

My approach to therapy

As a counselor, I specialize in helping people navigate life transitions, manage stress and anxiety, overcome personal obstacles, and create healthier relationships with themselves and others. My approach is holistic and tailored to you—I draw from different therapeutic modalities based on your unique needs, goals, and strengths so our work together feels personalized and practical.

What you can expect from me

My office is warm, comfortable, and inviting—we even have a fireplace to help you feel at ease. In our first appointment, I’ll take time to get to know you, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope will be different. You’ll also have a chance to learn about my style and ask questions. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to work with you.
