I believe an understanding of our past and its influence over our present thoughts and behaviors is helpful in making changes. More importantly, is the mindfulness in acknowledging these patterns and developing tools to make significant changes toward life goals.
I like to set goals in all areas of life. We are most content and fulfilled when we focus on several areas of our lives. These include physical, mental health, work/school, family/social and spirituality.
