Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Lynn Meyer and it is my privilege to help people navigate some of life’s toughest situations. I work to provide a warm, safe, and comfortable space in which clients can find the support they are seeking. Through use of compassion, building a relationship with you, skills and therapeutic techniques, and, of course, humor, I hope to help you on your journey of healing.

I accept Aetna, Oscar, Oxford, and United Healthcare.

My approach to therapy

Although I approach therapy from a strengths-based perspective, I incorporate techniques from several different theories depending on the clients’ personality and circumstances. I work with clients to hear their concerns without judgment and to explore ways to achieve emotional growth, develop skills, and achieve desired changes.

What you can expect from me

Initially, my goal is to listen and understand why you are coming in, and what you want to change. We'll work collaboratively to identify and target your goals. I'll offer you some new strategies, always striving to meet you where you are at so you feel like the steps are a stretch, but within reach.
