Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with over 16 years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges and build on their strengths. I specialize in trauma-informed and strengths-based therapy and am trained in EMDR. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Iowa and am a Certified Triple P Therapist.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about creating a supportive, compassionate environment where clients feel empowered to heal, grow, and achieve meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll discuss your goals, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, experiences, and needs, and we’ll begin identifying a path forward. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share any concerns, and determine whether we’re a good fit to work together. No preparation is required—just come as you are.
