Great to meet you!

I have a passion for working with people and providing space and time for healing. Often the most hopeless situations are where the beauty will appear. That does not mean everything will be perfect, but it does mean you can learn to function well and enjoy your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered. I believe people have what they need to heal and thrive. If creativity is your strong point, we can use that. If processing events and feelings is what you need, that will be where we start.

What you can expect from me

In our first session I will ask more questions to get an idea of what works well for you. We may come up with a few strategies for you to try, and I will check in with you to see if you think we are headed in the right direction.
