Great to meet you!

Welcome. Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, or difficult life experiences begin affecting your sense of peace and connection with others. With nearly two decades of experience, I work with children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and families navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship concerns, family conflict, grief and loss, stress, anger, identity issues, OCD, sleep difficulties, and bipolar disorder. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, exhausted, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Together, we can explore the patterns and experiences that have shaped your life, strengthen your resilience, and help you build healthier relationships with yourself and the people who matter most. I believe healing and growth are possible at every stage of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, open-minded, and collaborative, with humor woven in when it feels helpful. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe, understood, and equipped with practical tools to support lasting growth. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), psychodynamic therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), attachment-based therapy, family therapy, narrative therapy, positive psychology, strength-based therapy, and humanistic therapy. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences contributing to distress while developing healthier coping skills and new ways of responding to life's challenges. Whether you're healing from trauma, improving relationships, managing anxiety or depression, or navigating family difficulties, therapy is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and strengths.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where your experiences and goals are respected. I value building strong therapeutic relationships and creating a space where honesty, healing, and personal growth can flourish. As we work together, you may gain greater emotional awareness, healthier coping strategies, improved communication skills, stronger relationships, and increased confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more connected, resilient, and empowered to move forward with clarity and purpose. No matter what difficulties you're facing, you do not have to face them alone, and meaningful change is possible.
