Hello and welcome to the path of healing. I utilize my comprehensive MSW educational experience at the University of Southern California along with years of experience to provide a curated holistic approach to therapy. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I am trained in many therapy modalities that allow me to facilitate a encompassing approach to treatment.

My approach allows me to be present and mindful with each client to facilitate biopsychosocial improvements to alleviate negative issues impacting ones wellbeing. I promote a strength based, solution focused, trauma informed, supportive safe environment for all clients to work through current presenting problems. I will meet you where you are in the process and facilitate growth within your comfort zone.

I work to create a positive and meaningful therapeutic relationship that allows one to feel in control of their sessions and provide feedback. I work with clients to truly understand and set achievable goals in therapy. This approach leads to better outcomes from having specifically understood steps that create a path to a better version of yourself and overall wellbeing.
