My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and down to earth. I believe meaningful change where conversations feel natural, supportive and free of judgement. I’m a compassionate listener who values genuine connection, and I believe humor - when appropriate- can be a powerful part of the healing process.
While I enjoy a conversational style, I also know that insight alone isn’t always enough. I provide practical strategies, concrete examples, and tools that can be applied to everyday life, helping you build skills and confidence beyond our sessions. My goal is to meet you where you are and work alongside you to create meaningful lasting change.
I have a special passion for working with families of children who experience challenging behaviors or difficulty managing big emotions. I believe parents are the experts in their children, and my role is to stand alongside them as a supportive partner. Together, we work to better understand what may be driving a child’s behavior, strengthen the parent-child relationship, and develop practical strategies to help children build emotional regulation, coping skills, and confidence both at home and in other settings.
Whether I’m working with children, parents, or adult individuals, my goal is to meet you where you are, build on your strengths, and help you create meaningful, lasting change.
