Great to meet you!

My name is Lynne. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 40 years of experience working with children and families to provide support through a wide range of challenges with a focus on compassion and respect.

In my spare time I enjoy traveling, kayaking and most importantly spending time with my family.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client centered. I will strive to understand what is important to you so we can work together to identify goals and work toward achieving those goals. I want to create a safe and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself and know you are not alone in the challenges you are facing.

What you can expect from me

During our first session we will begin to clarify goals for therapy, discuss how I work and what you can expect from the process as well as answer any questions you may have. I will gather relevant background information, identify your current needs and priorities and explore what you hope to gain from our work together.
