Great to meet you!

At Healthy Minds Psychiatry, we are committed to providing high quality, personalized mental health care to those seeking treatment through medication management. Our approach is rooted in the belief that each individual is unique, and their mental health journey deserves a person-centered and comprehensive approach. Here, we deeply value each relationship with our clients, after all, you are trusting us with your mental health care and we know how lucky we are for the opportunity. We understand that mental health treatment is not a one-size-fits-all endeavor but a deeply personal journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

This approach creates an environment where you are not just receiving care but you are an active participant in your own healing process. At Healthy Minds Psychiatry, you will be heard, your perspectives respected, and your unique story considered with the utmost reverence. We are passionate trauma work and treat all mental health conditions

What you can expect from our first session

Initial visits are 60-90 minutes in duration and follow-up appointments are at least 30 minutes. I value every minute we get to spend together. One of my most cherished aspects of care is the privilege of “sitting with” patients — slowing down and intentionally creating a space of listening and seeking to understand each individuals story and experience.
