My approach to therapy is warm, collective and practical. I ues a trauma informed approach and evidenced based practices including Eye Movement Desensitization, and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Committment Therapy (ACT) along with mindfulness based strategies
