Great to meet you!

Like many, I live in and love the state of Colorado. Any chance I get I'm out exploring the outdoors. It provides balance in my personal and professional life.

As a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner I share my interests with clients I see.

When I was working full-time as a Family Nurse Practitioner I saw an unmet need in clients finding a balance in their physical and mental health. I decided to return to school to strengthen my knowledge in psychiatric mental health care.

For the past five years my focus has included seeing clients with substance dependence, MAT treatment, ADHD, Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia. I especially enjoy the 1:1 experience via telehealth seeing clients in the comforts of their own home.

My approach to therapy

I find my approach in providing care to be very open-minded and most importantly, collaborative. It is not always easy for someone to reach out asking for help. It is important to meet them where their at.

What you can expect from me

When a client attends their first session with me, they can expect open and collaborative communication. This will include review of their current concerns, symptoms, previous medications, treatments and of course any questions that come up during our time together.
