Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Psychotherapist and have been seeing people of all ages for 30+ years. I encourage people in therapy because it transforms lives and relationships in significant ways, especially the relationship with oneself.

My approach to therapy

The first session will be an "intake" where I gather information so that I understand who you are and get an understanding about why you're seeking therapy at this time. The first session is getting acquainted. The first few sessions are to make sure we are a good fit.

What you can expect from me

I create a confidential, safe environment for my clients to discuss the personal issues that brought them into therapy. I bring psychological insight, understanding, and support. Occasionally I bring the wisdom that comes with age and good down-to-earth suggestions.
