Great to meet you!

Now accepting new clients with immediate availability. I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and my goal is to help you achieve optimal well-being and enhance your quality of life. I treat mental health disorders through psychotherapy and medication management allowing you to effectively navigate life's challenges and lead fulfilling lives. A therapeutic alliance, built on respect, trust, and compassion will facilitate an understanding of how specific thoughts, emotions, and behaviors will impact your well-being and relationships.

I hold accredited certifications in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Addiction, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Grief, ADHD, Anxiety, And Personality Disorders and help you develop self-awareness, manage emotions, reduce stress, and improve relationships.

My approach to therapy

I believe in looking at the whole person—mind, body, and environment. It’s important to begin by reviewing labs and ruling out any underlying medical conditions. If the issue is a mental health disorder, I incorporate medication management and psychotherapy in a way that supports the individual’s overall treatment plan.

I genuinely care about each patient. I am passionate about optimizing the patients well being so they can enjoy the quality of life they deserve.

What you can expect from me

I create an empowering environment where patients feel supported and equipped with strategies and tools to manage life’s challenges. Clients can expect to learn emotional regulation, how to reframe negative thoughts and false beliefs, and develop skills to manage depression and anxiety.

Treatment is always personalized, with a focus on identifying the root cause of each concern. Together, we create an individualized plan to ensure every patient gets the results they need to feel better and live their best life.
