Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with extensive experience in behavioral health, crisis intervention, and supporting individuals through complex emotional and life challenges. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals experiencing mental health concerns and difficult life circumstances, helping them navigate challenges, strengthen coping skills, and work toward improved emotional well-being.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, trauma and difficult life experiences, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in meeting each person where they are. I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment.

My goal is to help clients recognize their strengths, better understand their experiences, develop practical coping strategies, and feel more confident navigating life's challenges. I recognize that reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, and you do not need to have everything figured out before beginning. Through telehealth therapy, I strive to create a genuine connection and provide individualized support to help you move toward meaningful change, greater resilience, and a stronger sense of balance in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe that each person has unique experiences, strengths, and challenges, and I strive to meet clients where they are without judgment or pressure. I want therapy to feel like a safe space where you can be yourself, explore difficult emotions, and feel genuinely heard and understood.

Drawing on my experience in behavioral health and crisis intervention, I recognize that life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and navigating difficult experiences can make it hard to know where to begin. I work collaboratively with clients to better understand their experiences, identify patterns, strengthen coping skills, and develop practical strategies to manage stress and emotional challenges.

I believe meaningful change happens at your own pace, and you do not have to have all the answers to begin. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, build resilience, and feel more confident navigating life's challenges. Above all, I want our work together to help you feel supported, empowered, and better equipped to create a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, trusting relationship. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and what support might be most helpful to you. There is no pressure to share everything at once or have all the answers. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel heard and respected. Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and take the first steps toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
