Great to meet you!

It is wonderful that you are taking intentional steps toward personal growth, it is one of the most meaningful steps to make positive and life impacting change.

I am a licensed professional counselor and certified addictions counselor trained in EMDR who uses a variety of client-fit modalities. I graduated with a Masters of Arts in Counseling in 2008. I have worked in a variety of counseling roles, private practice, court referred victims, non-profit organizations, in-patient recovery settings.

My approach to therapy

I now very much enjoy and see great benefits in virtual counseling. The clients I have worked with have a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem, purpose and fulfillment, adjustment and change, past, recent or current trauma, marriage, family, parenting and relationship dynamics, dependency and addiction issues, employment and homelessness, personality disorders and etc.

What you can expect from me

Clients often describe my style as warm, compassionate and real, helping them toward the growth they desire to navigate through life challenges.

Client Feedback:

"Lynnette has been such a help over the last year! I truly feel like I’ve grown so much because of the tools she’s provided me and the safe space she provided to process through things I was dealing with. She has been a blessing to me!"
