As your therapist, I tailor my approach depending on your needs. It is my commitment to offer you a safe space without judgement and provide an empathetic ear. Each person is unique which means that the approach should be unique to you.

My approach to therapy

CBT & DBT can be effective when dealing with stress, emotions, depression and anxiety. The key to DBT is acceptance of your thoughts and emotions without judgement. Focusing on the present without fixating on the past or worrying about the future. CBT focuses on changing irrational thought patterns and behaviors.
