Great to meet you!

My journey began as a domestic violence counselor, transitioning into inpatient psychiatric hospital care, then becoming an individual lead counselor and group leader at a partial 28-day hospital program. Currently, I enjoy working with adults and the LGBTQIA+ community. I provide individual sessions, groups, and educational corporate events. I am honored to guide my clients wherever they are on their journeys.

My approach to therapy

My whole-person care approach is collaborative and directive. I use various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, and inner child work. I specialize in treating depression and anxiety, getting to the root cause of problematic thoughts and behavioral patterns. I’m experienced in desensitizing unresolved trauma, including emotional abuse.
