Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania with a Master's degree from Temple University and four years of experience. I specialize in helping individuals of all ages—children, adolescents, and adults—overcome trauma, PTSD symptoms, anxiety, and emotional regulation challenges. My mission is to guide my clients on their path to self-discovery, resilience, and personal growth, empowering them to become the best versions of themselves.

My approach to therapy

My therapy integrates TF-CBT, CBT, mindfulness, and a strength-based approach. TF-CBT addresses trauma and PTSD with trauma-sensitive methods and cognitive techniques. CBT helps challenge negative thought patterns and develop healthier perspectives. Mindfulness promotes present-focused, non-judgmental awareness to reduce stress and improve emotional regulation. The strength-based approach builds on clients' strengths to foster resilience and self-efficacy.

What you can expect from me

In our initial session, we'll start with introductions and then explore the obstacles you're facing. Together, we'll identify your challenges and goals, envision your life in the coming months, and discuss techniques to help you achieve those goals. By the end, you'll gain clarity and leave with actionable steps. We'll maintain an open dialogue for feedback and accountability throughout our journey together.
